While Jay Purdy was playing a show with the Extraordinaires in Spain he took a little side trip to Italy. There he trekked for hours by train and on foot to finally arrive near-starved at the door of a family friend who had waiting for him this garlicky, onion-filled, capers-a-copious tuna pasta dish.
